Prayer of Salvation

If you have never accepted Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior, this may be the most important piece of literature that you ever read.

The Sinner’s Prayer of Salvation

1. Jesus, I come to you a lost sinner, and Lord (Boss) I don’t want to be lost.

(Mark 2:17, Romans 3:23)

2. I want to be saved.

(Romans 10:9-11)

3. I am sorry for the sins I have committed. Forgive me for all my sins. I ask you to come into my life.

(Matthew 9:2, Mark 1:15, 1 John 1:9)

4. Help me to turn 180 degrees, away from all sin and wickedness and head in the direction of righteousness.

(2 Timothy 2:19)

5. I believe you were born of a virgin, died on the cross, and rose again on the third day defeating death, hell, and the grave for me.

(Luke 1:34-35, Luke 9:24)

6. I ask that your blood, which was shed on the cross for me, will wash away all my sins.

(Romans 5:9, Hebrews 9:22)

7. Make me clean; make me whole; make me new.

(2 Corinthians 5:17-19)

8. Write my name in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

(Revelation 3:5, Revelation 20:11-15)

9. Save me Lord (Boss) Jesus.

(Luke 19:9-10, John 3:15-18)

10. I receive you as the Lord (Boss) of all areas of my life.

(Luke 6:46-48, Romans 6:11-13, Romans 12:1)

11. Help me to follow all of your ways according to the word of God, the bible.

(2 Timothy 3:16-17, James 1:22)

12. Thank you Lord (Boss) Jesus Christ for loving me enough to die in order to save me from eternal damnation in the flames of hell, and allowing me to be a part of your Royal Family in Heaven.

(Matthew 10:28, Romans 5:8, Romans 6:23, Romans 8:1, Romans 8:13-17, 1 John 4:19, 1 Peter 2:24)

13. Thank you for setting me free.

(Luke 13:10-12)

14. It is in Jesus name I call it done AMEN!

(John 14:6, Philippians 4:13)

If you have just read through these steps, and in doing so accepted Jesus Christ as Lord of your life, I would like to welcome you to salvation.
