This is based off a question that a reader submitted to me for guidance on. You can read this post for a little background to help you understand the situation better if you so desire.
The Bible makes it very clear that we are going to be persecuted for following Christ.
For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him. Philippians 1:29
In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. 2 Timothy 3:12
We live in a world in which the majority rejects and persecutes Jesus Christ. Christians are supposed to strive to be like Jesus. Therefore, we will suffer the same rejection and persecution if we are trying to be like Christ.
This is a sad, yet undeniable truth. We live in a world that has stomped upon redemption and thrown out its Savior.
Christians will always be persecuted upon this Earth.
I don’t intend for this post to sound harsh or short. I just want it to be truthful, and you can’t sugarcoat the truth in this case. Please, if you have any farther questions, feel free to contact me.

I think everyone who follows Jesus is aware that they will face persecution but God has informed us that he will fight our battles. Be still and know that I am God. I think the reassurance of knowing that he will place our enemies under our feet. Gives me reassurance that there is justice here on earth. He will pour out a blessing that is immeasurable and thats the faith I have in him.
The enemies have come after me in evry form work, family , finaces, friends, etc. I know we are in the last days and the devil knows his time is short so he is out to devour the weak.
There will come a time when Christians in the USA will not be allowed to speak about God or Jesus. If certain groups and people have their way.
I hope and pray our country never falls that low.
It’s true, persecution is coming. However, just like you said, we must be still and trust in God. Stay strong and fend off your enemies.
